THe Consulting Group was formed to provide a more personalized experience to our clients with their development projects. We have a vast amount of experience in both design and construction; it allows our team to utilize that experience to enhance the experience for all of the team members during the design and construction of the project.
During the initial conceptualization of the project, we work closely with the Owner and design team to establish goal for the project and ensure those goals are carried out in all phases of the project development. We are not an independent entity working on the project but an integrated portion of the team which is guided by the philosophy to provide the owner with the best possible solutions for the development.
During the construction phase, we are there to enhance the construction team by providing leadership and oversight of all activities of the team members, including the architects, engineers and special consultants to provide quick and cost effective solutions when challenges arise.
